• REPRODUCTION OF CITY HISTORICAL PHOTOS. <br /> • <br /> When I first volunteered for the EDC one of my first projects became the Lifetime <br /> Achievement Award. In the process of developing this award program the need for a <br /> city representative for the "Anoka County Around the County Program" became <br /> evident. Being that both seemed to work hand and hand with the other. I worked on <br /> the development of both within the city. This has lead to my doing Centerville History <br /> Presentation for our community. This is done on a volunteer basis for Centerville <br /> school and other organizations. I use the photos in the council chambers for this <br /> presentation and have to each time remove them and care them to each presentation. I <br /> would like to request funding to duplicate fifteen to twenty of the photos in an 8" by <br /> 10" size for presentation use. <br /> REPRODUCTION OF CITY HISTORICAL PHOTOS 8" BY 10" SIZE <br /> Total approximate cost for reproduction not to exceed $150.00 <br /> HISTORICAL INFORMATION PRESERVATION - MR. ROBERT THEIN <br /> Mr. Thein who has worked with me on the photo project that hangs in the council <br /> chambers has offered to the City of Centerville at no charge his historical information <br /> and genealogy information that he has stored on his computer. This information in my <br /> opinion is the most accurately correct information that I have found in my research of <br /> our area. This information contains approximately 400,000 names, family history and <br /> community history. At this time I would need to purchase a program for this <br /> information along with one to two Zip tapes to store the information on. <br /> HISTORICAL INFORMATION PRESERVATION - MR. ROBERT THEIN <br /> Total awe cost for storing and running this information $60.00 <br /> *I would also like to request that if in the future the city upgrades or replaces any of its <br /> current computers that the old computer be donated for this historical information to <br /> be stored on. We currently have a person that would volunteer to setup this program <br /> and help individuals researching information on Centerville history and family history. <br /> TOTAL AMOUNT REQUESTED OF ALL HEMS: $280.00 <br />
