Afterreceiving the -tax <br /> statement, her residence estimated market value went up $37,000. During a phone conversation with Mr. <br /> Smith, he explained the value increased because ofthe sate price - of lots on Centerville Road: When the <br /> value increased from $133,000 to $170,400 payable year 2000, she was disappointed . The home <br /> improvements funded from the "This Oki House's program. The purpose of the program is to <br /> improve the home, not for the homeowner's to experience a gross increase in value. <br /> Mr. Smith iespondedthat the - 3, 000 payable 2000, the <br /> is deferred 10 years.
