Councilmember Sweeney and Ms. Gaustad <br /> explained the quotations and the difference - in eachproposal Ms: Gaustad noted that <br /> specifications were not requested, but each company was requested to submit what they thought <br /> would needed City Hall. Afterdiscussing the the Council agi yeti ta r equcst each <br /> company complete a specification form that is a city created form and that addresses the computer <br /> need - of the City. <br /> Motion bycouncilmember Travis: seconded CounciimemherBrenner to table the Computer <br /> Bids until rec further information Motion carried unanimously <br /> CSAH 141 Main Street Discussion - Margaret - and Anoka County <br /> Anoka County Commissioner Margaret Langfeld and Anoka County Engineer Jon Olson were <br /> present to explain the County'rplanshrregards to- directing traffic and widing Main Street Mr. <br /> Olson explained the possibilities of traffic routes to maximize traffic circulation. Main Street <br /> would be redirected from Main Street at the Church curve to continue forward. Near LaMotte <br /> Park the road would bend west and hook up to 35E, The Council explored limiting Main Street <br /> at the 35 W exit and attempting to directtraffic nordrto 35E. Mr. Olson explainedthe current <br /> barriers are money and the wetlands that surround Main Street from 35W into Centerville proper. <br /> Mr. Olson explained the Anoka County2015plan, (available at - City Hall). Councilmember <br /> Nelson distributed a handout which explained the realignment of County Road 14 options, 35E <br /> 4 <br />
