In short; the <br /> County didnetforesee the widing email! - Street and suggested Council they <br /> would like to place Main Street to ensure the appropriate measures are taken to secure the land. <br /> Council Tahle Monitor Cost <br /> Ms. Gaustad updated the Council explainingthat Staff was requested to investigate the cost <br /> associated with the purchase of council table monitors. The costto install monitors will depeind <br /> on the Council's desire to either have them flush or mount them on the surface of the table. Ms. <br /> Gaustad recognized - the limited tablearea and suggested Council consider monitors. <br /> The city owns a camera with the zoom in capabilities which can be used as an overhead camera <br /> for maps otherclose up shots. The close up shots will assistthe television to better <br /> understand what items are discussed. The Council suggested a new arrangement of the Council <br /> room while stafffarther explores option of an overhead camera and zooming capabilities. <br /> Lake Area Utility Update <br /> Mr. March gave an update or the Area Utility building as by the ata <br /> Special meeting. First, Ms. Joyce Greene stated during a conversation that she is willing to cost - <br /> share in the floodway reduction TlwLake Area Utilityproperty carrbe appraised within <br /> the next couple weeks from the same firm that appraised LaMotte park property. The cost is not <br /> expected to excee&$800. Borreesh oo hasthe analyze the LakeArea Utility Property <br /> and Cedar Street Park as potential water tower locations. They have been in contact with H.R. <br /> Green to retrieve files that will in the - completion ofthe project. <br /> Mr. Hoeft distributed a draft purchase agreement for the Lake Area Utility property. The <br /> purchase price is included, but the draft is intended - as a working copy.
