Ms. Gaustad recognized - the limited tablearea and suggested Council consider monitors. The city owns a camera with the zoom in capabilities which can be used as an overhead camera for maps otherclose up shots. The close up shots will assistthe television to better understand what items are discussed. The Council suggested a new arrangement of the Council room while stafffarther explores option of an overhead camera and zooming capabilities.
