Basically you have a limited scope <br /> summary report, complete with all of the substantive data. Additionally, the assignment ended <br /> up being two appraisals to determine the value of the improved versus the unimproved parcel. <br /> You got a good deal on this one -- the fee should have been almost double. I should learn to <br /> quote in a fees in a range next time. <br /> Please call should you have any questions.
