No such license shall be <br /> issued to a person who is not of good moral character, nor to a <br /> corporation or organization which is not represented in the City by <br /> a person of good moral character. <br /> 315.03 premises. It shall be unlawful to conduct a public billiard <br /> hall, pool hall, bowling alley or skating rink in any hall or <br /> building which is not equipped with sufficient and adequate exits. <br /> 315.04 Conduct. It shell be unlawful to permit or indulge in any <br /> improper conduct or excessive noise at any public billiard hall, <br /> pool hall, bowling alley or skating rink. <br /> 315.05 Insurance, No licensee shall be issued until the applicant <br /> has placed on file with the City Clerk, a certificate or <br /> certificates of insurance indicating that there is in effect public <br /> liability insurance covering any damages arising out of the use and <br /> operation of any and all devices and facilities operated in <br /> connection with the applicant's business. Such insurance shall be <br /> in the minimum amount of $100,000 for each person, and $300,000 for <br /> each accident. <br /> Section 320 - ANIMALS <br /> 320.01 Definitions. As used in this Section except as otherwise <br /> provided, the following terms shall have the respective meanings <br /> ascribed to them: <br /> Subd. i Animal. Any non- human, mammal, reptile, amphibian, or <br /> bird, domestic or non - domestic, including dogs and cats. <br /> subd. 2 Animal npmest th Animals normally kept within the home, <br /> but not exclusive of the home, such as fish, dogs, cats, and <br /> hcusehold birds. <br /> Subd. 3 animal - Eton- RossitiE. Animals normally kept outside of <br /> the home for the purposes- of food or pleasure, such as cattle, <br /> hogs, sheep, horses, bees, goats, birds such as fowl, pigeons, <br /> falcons, and similar animals. <br /> Subd. 4 Animal -Wild. Means any ape, including chimpanzee, <br /> gibbon, gorilla, orangutan, baboon, bison, bobcat, cheetah, <br /> crocodile, coyote, deer, including all members of the deer family <br /> such as antelope, elk, and moose, elephant, ferret, fox, hyena, <br /> jaguar, lion, leopard, mountain lion, cougar, lynx, ostrich, <br /> skunk, wolf, or brush wolf, tiger, poisonous snake, or any <br /> 3 - 19 <br /> `J <br />
