Any animal which is not restrained, as <br /> defined in this Section. <br /> Subd. 6 Cat.. Any domestic feline animal, male or female, whole <br /> or neutered. <br /> Subd. 7 panasrous Animal,. Any animal which meets the definition <br /> of dangerous dog set forth in Minnesota Statutes Section 347.50 <br /> or any successor statute. <br /> Subd. 8 Doc. Any domestic canine animal, male or female, whole <br /> or neutered. <br /> Subd. 9 Enclosure. Any structure, except a dwelling, designed <br /> to securely enclose and prevent an animal from escaping <br /> therefrom, and /or deeigrzed to provide the animal with shelter and <br /> protection from the weather. <br /> Subd. 10 Owner. Any person, firm, corporation, organization, or <br /> department, possessing, harboring, keeping, having an interest <br /> in, or having temporary or permanent custody or control of an <br /> animal. <br /> Subd. 11 potanttaliv An imal. Any animal which meets <br /> the definition of potentially dangerous dog set forth in <br /> Minnesota Statutes Section 347.50 or any successor statute. <br /> Subd. 12 gestjained. Controlled by a leash of not more than six <br /> (6) feet in length; under- the voice or signal command of a <br /> competent person whose command the animal will obey immediately; <br /> or within the limits of its owner's premises. <br /> 320.02 Rnforcement. The provisions of this Section may be enforced <br /> by any of the following: <br /> A. The primary law enforcement agency of the community. <br /> B. The law enforcement agency contracted with by the City. <br /> C. The animal control officer as designated by the city. <br /> D. The animal control facility contracted with by the City. <br /> For the purpose of discharging the duties imposed by this Section, <br /> an animal control officer or law enforcement officer is empowered to <br /> - 20 <br />
