No person shall, in any manner, interfere <br /> with or hinder an animal control officer or law enforcement officer <br /> in the discharge of their duties. <br /> 320.04 EXemetions. The following provisions of this Section shall <br /> not apply in the following circumstances: <br /> A. Unless specified here ln, the provisions of this Section shall <br /> not apply to animals used or confined at hospitals, clinics, or <br /> businesses operated by licensed veterinarians. <br /> 8. Section 320.06, relating to vaccination requirements, shall <br /> not apply to any animal belonging to a non - resident of the City <br /> and kept within the City not longer than thirty (30) days. <br /> C. Section 320.14, relating to dangerous animals and potentially <br /> dangerous animals, shall not apply to police dogs under the <br /> control of a licensed peace officer during the performance of <br /> authorized police activities. <br /> D. Section 320.15 shall. not apply to raptors possessed by <br /> licensed falconers holding valid state and federal falconry <br /> permits, so long as the nonditions of the permits are satisfied. <br /> 320.05 License and Registration All dogs and cats owned and /or <br /> kept within the City shall be licensed, with the following <br /> exceptions. <br /> A. Dogs and cats under the age of six (6) months. <br /> B. Dogs and cats whose owners are temporarily in the City for a <br /> period Of time not exceeding thirty (30) days. <br /> 320.06 Vaccination ReguiteA It shall be unlawful for any dog or <br /> cat owner to keep or maintain any dog or cat older than six (6) <br /> months of age, unless it has been vaccinated within the prior <br /> twenty -four months with an anti - rabies vaccine by a licensed <br /> veterinarian. No license shall be issued except upon compliance <br /> with this Section. <br /> 320.07 yicensina /vartr.inatjw.n Procedures. <br /> Subd. 1 Anolication. txcept as herein provided, within thirty <br /> (30) days of acquiring possession of a dog or cat which has not <br /> 3 - 21 <br />
