The tw3 lights are functioning <br /> properly and we recommend final payment to the contractor. <br /> The original contract amount was 59,490.00 with Electrical Installation & Maintenance <br /> Company. Payment was made early in 1999 for 50% of this amount. or 54,745.00. Since then, <br /> the contractor has completed both light installations, restoration around the poles, and all <br /> miscellaneous items. We recommend thr. City pay the 2 and final amount of S4,745.00.
