• <br /> City Hall Sign <br /> John Magill will oo collecting again for the newsletter ad tees. <br /> It was brought up to maybe start invoicing the businesses for <br /> these ads rather than have John go collecting. <br /> Jim March received new information from a sign company for an <br /> entrance sign into the City. He stated we need to come up with a <br /> way to fund the project if the committee was interested in doing <br /> so. It was mentioned in the newsletter that the city is <br /> currently looking for gardeners. <br /> MUSA /Comp plan /City Water /Lino Interconnect <br /> Jim March stated there was going to be a joint meeting with Lino <br /> Lakes tomorrow at 5 :00 P.M. at City Hall for issues regarding <br /> 21st Ave. <br /> He also stated that there was a MUUSA swap being planned between <br /> two properties owned by Gerald Rehbine. The properties are a 10 <br /> acre parcel east of Willow Glen Townhomes for a parcel south of <br /> R &R Leasing. It needs to be submitted to Inlet Council for <br /> approval. <br /> Senior Housing Update <br /> Theresa Brenner stated the model should be cornuleted <br /> approximately April 15th. <br /> Studebaker Fire Truck <br /> This item was tabled until next meeting as Dan Tourville was not <br /> present to give an update. <br /> Ad i or_trn <br /> Motion by John Magill to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 P.M., second <br /> by Mary Capra.
