Paragraph 4 - I feel it would not be economically feasible to relocate an access on
lot #5. A single access point for lots #5 and #6 would not make sense for this reason , and
for the future possible marketability of lots #5 and #6 as unique and separate properties.
I feel that County Policy could be adhered to by having the proposed local roadway access
on the North side of CSAH 14 line up directly across from our existing lot #5 access, or
our proposed lot #6 access (our proposed lot #6 access again is within the recommended
30 feet of the West line).
Although Northern Forest Products has purchased lots #5 and #6, we are striving to
maintain the rights of owning two separate properties each having the right to access
CSAH 14.
Paragraph 5 - I am in total agreement that an acceptable access scheme for the
North and South side of CSAH 14 be done in a manner which addresses the city and the
developers needs and wishes. I feel that safety, traffic flow, and aesthetics are important
factors in making our community proud of our industrial developments.
I do feel that strong consideration should be given to existing development and for plans
that are definite so that progress can be made.
Paragraph 6 and 7 - Calculations are included in the site /grading plan drafted by
Landform Engineering Company. Proper permits will be obtained as we move forward
from Roger Butler.
I look forward to answering any questions you may have at the appropriate meetings in
the next few weeks. Thank you for your consideration of our plans to further grow in the
Centerville community.
Sincerely
Paul D.
