A swimming pool shall not be <br /> located, designed, c ?:w?:+'ated or maintained so as to unduly <br /> interfere with the property rights of others. It shall be <br /> unlawful for any per =-u to make, continue or cause to be made or <br /> continued at any swimming pool, any loud or unusual noise, or any <br /> noise which annoys, di.aturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, <br /> repose, peace or safety of ethers. The use, or permitting the <br /> use of, or the oper of a radio receiving sets, musical <br /> instruments, phonograj: . or other machines or devices for the <br /> production or reproduction of sound in such manner or volume as <br /> to disturb the peace„ quiet and comfort of the public shall be <br /> unlawful. <br /> Subd. 2 Filling of Sle u4ming Pools. Filling of swimming pools <br /> directly from fire nydrants, or other similar municipal water <br /> outlets, shall requirr appropriate City permit. <br /> • <br /> 1335.06 Variance.
