The purpose <br /> of the Shoreland overlay District is to provide for the wise <br /> utilization of shoreland &z,eas in order to preserve the quality and <br /> natural character of these erotected waters of the City. <br /> Subd. 1 Permitted e"raves. All permitted uses allowed and <br /> regulated by the applicable zoning district underlying this <br /> Shoreland overlay difl..:r - ict as indicated on the official zoning <br /> map of the City. <br /> Subd. 2 Conditional Dees. <br /> ee 1. All conditional Uses and applicable attached conditions • <br /> allowed and regu1fl d by the applicable zoning - district <br /> underlying this shcee and overlay district as indicated on the <br /> official zoning mad: of the city, and as required by Subsection <br /> 1340.04 of this Chapter. <br /> 2. Boathouses. <br /> Subd. 3 Substandard VO4. . Any uses of shorelands in existence <br /> prior to the date or enactment of this Chapter which are <br /> permitted within the ieeelicable zoning district, but do not meet <br /> the minimum lot area, eetbacks or other dimensional requirements <br /> of this Chapter are see tandard uses. Substandard uses shall be <br /> allowed to continue.
