CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> WEDNESDAY, NNE 10, 1998 <br /> Pursuant to do call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Centerville held its regularly <br /> scheduled Council meeting on Wednesday, June 10, 1998, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> PRESENT: Mayor Tom Wilharber <br /> Council Members: Theresa Brenner <br /> Sanna Buckbee <br /> ABSENT: Council Members: Laura Powers <br /> Mary Jo Hehnbrecht <br /> STAFF /CONSULTANTS: Jim March, City Administrator <br /> Ry -Chel Gaustad, City Clerk <br /> Paul Palzer, Public Works Director/Building Official <br /> Greg Hellings, City Attorney <br /> David Nyberg, City Engineer <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Wilharber called the Council meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> Mayor Wilharber noted the Council will adjourn into an executive session to discuss pending <br /> litigation for the 20th Avenue project. <br /> The Council discussed the watermain and sanitary sewer extension project and assessment options <br /> for the 20th Avenue project. In addition, an agreement was submitted for consideration between <br /> the Carpenters and the City of Centerville. (Exhibit A) <br /> C ouncilmember Brenner mo and it was seconde to approve the agreement for the watermain <br /> a nd sanitary sewer on 20th Avenue and between the properties of Carpenter Auto B ody <br /> (Carpenter Businessl the Carpenter Residence and Reel Manufacturing�I Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> Mayor Wilharber moved and it was seconded to direct the City Administrator to implement the <br /> settlement agreement between the City of Centerville and the Carpenters and to proceed with new <br /> assessm as advised Motion carried unanimou <br /> An executive session closed at 6:12 p.m. <br /> 1 <br />
