The City Code of the City of Circle Pines is <br /> hereby amended by deleting Section 720 in its entirety and <br /> replacing it with the following: <br /> Section 720 Weapons <br /> 1.01 Definitions. <br /> III Subd. 1 Danttous Weapon. "Dangerous weapon" <br /> means any firearm, whether loaded or unloaded, or any <br /> device designed as a weapon and capable of producing <br /> death or great beadily harm, or any other device or <br /> instrumentality which in the manner it is used or <br /> intended to r be useai, at is calbculodated i l y or li to produce <br /> d gro. The <br /> term "dangerous weapon" shall include, but not be <br /> limited to, the following: <br /> 1. All firearms) <br /> 2. "Dangerous <br /> instruments" shall be defined as any instrument or <br /> device designed to throw, hurl, shoot, project or toss <br /> any stone, missile, projectile, marble or any other <br /> objects including but not limited to: sling shots, <br />
