Recklessly handle or use a dangerous weapon, dangerous instrument or explosive so as to endanger the safety of another. b. Aim or point any dangerous weapon or dangerous instrument, whether loaded or not, at or toward an human being. c. Use or set off in any fashion any dangerous instruments including such use or discharge as causes any projectile to be thrown, hurled passed in the city. Any dangerous instrument, which is strung or capable of use, not stored or contained in a container or secure case to prevent its immediate use, shall be considered a violation of this ordinance. d. Manufacture: or sell for any unlawful purpose any weapon known as a slingshot or sand club. e. Manufacture, transfer, or possess metal knuckles or switchblade knives opening automatically. f. Possess any other dangerous article or sub- stance for the purpose of being used unlawfully as a weapon against another. g. Bell or have in his /her possession any device designed to silence or muffle the discharge of a firearm. h. Permit a child under 18 years of age to handle or use, outside of the parent or guardian's presence, s dangerous weapon, dangerous instrument, or any ammunition or explosive. L. Furnish a minor under 18 years of age with a dangerous weapon, dangerous instrument, ammu- nition or explosive without the written consent of his /her parent or guardian or the police department. 720,03 Minors.
