Action on Variance Request Kelly's Korner (7098 Centerville Road) Ms. Brossard- Vickers understood the nonconformity ADA concern, but noted the Commission has delayed other projects in anticipation of the design team's findings and questioned Staff if the Commission should wait to act on the variance request. Mr. Palzer commented on federal mandates allow buildings to become less nonconforming.
