The Saint Paul Water Utility owns <br /> property around the peril teter of the lake. It would appear that this property owner has proposed <br /> to construct a shed on Sa nt Paul Water Utility property. (It is my understanding that there is a <br /> yellow post delineating tie property line at or near this location.)
