Existing flood elevation of unnamed ditch/wetland complex at southeast property <br /> boundary (on 3 plans). <br /> 7. Revised preliminary plat specifying easements over all drainage swales, ponds, wetlands, <br /> and floodplain (902.9), including 100 feet from centerline of Clearwater Creek (3 sets, <br /> please). <br /> 8 Narrative addressing effect on upstream properties from proposed outlet control structure <br /> (w /12- inch orifice) installation at existing 24 -inch RCP under 20th Avenue South (2 <br /> copies). <br /> 9 Existing subwatershed bowtdaries and topographic contours (including all area tributary <br /> to the unnamed ditch/wetland complex at southeast property boundary) (on 3 plans). <br /> 10. Incorporation of infiltration opportunities and BMPs (e.g., doughnut cul -de -sacs) (see <br /> brochure herewith). <br /> 11. Acquisition of drainage ponding and flowage easements up to an elevation of 899.1 for <br /> off -site areas south of the unnamed ditch/wetland complex. Please forward a draft <br /> document (unsigned) for review by the District's attorney and engineer. See sample <br /> herewith. After approval, you may get signatures and return a signed copy to us, then. <br /> you may register it at the County. Following that, you will provide us official proof of <br /> registration. <br /> 12. Completion of WCA 30-day public comment period. <br /> I3.
