Amounts in excess of 55,000 may be secured by an insurance <br /> company bond or an irrevocable letter of credit. <br /> Sdpuladotts: <br /> 1. Outlots will require individual RCWD permits when developing. <br /> 2. The replacement wetland approved as part of this permit shall be constructed concurrent <br /> or prior to any wetland fill activity. <br /> 3. The Notice of Use Restriction and Maintenance Responsibility for the replacement <br /> wetland shall be properly filed and recorded prior to any wetland fi11 activity. <br /> 4. The perrntittee shall submit a monitoring report on the replacement wetland to RCWD <br /> which includes the information specified in Minnesota Rules 8420,0620 each year for <br /> five years following completion of the replacement wetland. The report shall be <br /> submitted no later than November 15 of each year. <br /> After receipt and review of the above - indicated items, additional information may be required for <br /> clarification to ensure that the District's requirements have been met.
