Community Survey - Surveys were distributed to residents in postage paid envelopes. <br /> 41% were returned. <br /> Photo Surveys - Lakes and Churches were favored. <br /> Downtown area was the least favored. <br /> Volunteers - Theresa Brenner stated that more volunteers would be needed for set -up and <br /> tear down of the chairs and tables at the school. <br /> Budget - Theresa Brenner stated that the total revenue would be approximently $5300.00, <br /> and the total estimated expenses are at $4770.00. There are still a few minor expenses <br /> that are still outstanding. <br /> ' 1,0 , . . _ I I S u; • - Cities Week this year is being held October 5 - 11. An <br /> option would be to do an open house to show sketches of the design team visit. This <br /> could just happen all week long during office hours. <br /> Grant for recycling - Currently there is $10,000 in the preliminary budget. Intern James <br /> Bownik is studying the information and will be working on this grant. <br /> Studebaker - No update. <br /> Newsletter ads - Money will continue to go to EDC with the exception of the charge for <br /> set -up fees charged by the printer. <br /> Adjournment - Motion to adjourn at 8:55 p.m. was made by John.
