The Phippen family requested a variance to reconstruct a shed on an existing <br /> concrete slab. During the September meeting, the Commission requested the Phippin's to <br /> provide proof that the concrete slab is not located on St. Paul Utility (SPU) property. <br /> In light of the request, find a letter dated September 21, from David Wagner, (SPU) <br /> Assistant Production Manager. The letter states that the concrete slab is not located on <br /> SPU property. <br />
