MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE ▪ WEDNESDAY, JULY 14, 1999 <br /> TO • Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM • Ry -Chef Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br /> RE • Planning and Zoning Commission Vacancies <br /> The Planning Commission met last evening to interview and <br /> consider applicants for the Planning Commission vacancies. As <br /> you may be aware, the Commission has changed from a five to <br /> seven member group. In addition, two Commission members <br /> resigned, thus leaving four Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> vacancies. <br /> Of the seven applicants, the Commission elected to interview five <br /> candidates. Two applicants were eliminated from the interview <br /> process because currently they are not Centerville residents. After <br /> the interviews, the Commission made the following <br /> recommendation to the City Council: <br /> Rob Sheppard <br /> John Mclean <br /> David Killian <br /> Ray De Vine <br /> Based on the consent of the Council, the Commission request that <br /> the four above - mentioned candidates join the Commission for its <br /> next regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, August 3, 1999. <br />
