* Mandatory Disclaimer: Any fetters or materials that are sent by Design Team sub- committees using City letterhead, postage, envelopes (etc.) need to include the following disclaimer. "Ibis letter is being sent out with the aid of City resources. The statements contained herein may not have received City Council endorsement at this time." * City Sign: The City Hall sign may be used when available to events, or meetings sponsored by the City, EDC or Design Team sub- committees. The committee also discussed the need for a main contact source. The committee asked Aimee Fairbrother to contact Jim March in regards to this issue bringing up the following criteria: 1. Need for one contact person that has knowledge of any activity going on in any of the different Design Team sub- committee groups. This person would need to be notified of ANY letters, correspondence, meetings, etc. that go on in ALL sub - committees. The purpose of this person would be to eliminate the duplication of work, protect the reputation of the city, and serve as a communication and networking tool. This contact would be able to approve any formal verbal or written use of the Design Team name, as well as funds available for reimbursement. This person would communicate with EDC on a regular basis to assure EDC's knowledge of activity in alt sub - committee areas. EDC FUND RAISERS Aimee Fairbrother indicated that at the last meeting the committee was discussing the possibility of selling city shirts, sweat shirts, denim shirts, hats, and coffee mugs as an additional source of revenue for EDC /Design Team expenditures. The committee is interested in looking into selling city merchandise, and requested that Aimee Fairbrother look into the process. ADJOURN Motion to adjourn at 8:40 was made by Chairperson Rehbine.
