if Building Inspector Ken Cook told the builder the sidewalk was alright. Mr. Tschida <br /> responded Mr. Cook had okayed the sidewalk. Mr. Hoeft mentioned the Council took <br /> action at the last City Council meeting. The City does not have any legal requirements to <br /> be concerned with on this issue. <br /> Mr. Tschida stated he would like his driveway the same slope (10 %) as the driveway at <br /> 1860 Revoir Street. Mr. Hoeft advises the Council to not approve Mr. Tschida's request <br /> to reinstall his sidewalk to the slope of the driveway at 1860 Revoir Street. <br /> VIII. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> Public Works Building <br /> Council member Nelson asked about the status of the public works building analysis. <br /> Mr. Peterson mentioned there will be three options to be discussed at a future meeting. <br /> IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> Center Villa Assignment of Developers Agreement <br /> Mr. Hoeft indicated the Center Villa Developers Agreement has to be signed with Land <br /> Holdings Group. <br /> Bill Bisek - Noise Permit for Kelly's Korner <br /> Mr. March reported the City received a request to grant a noise permit in honor of Kelly's <br /> Korner Customer Appreciation Day. <br /> Motion by Council member Sweeney, seconded by Council member Vickers to <br /> approve Kelly's noise permit. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Car Allowance <br /> Mr. March, requested a $300 car allowance from the City. <br /> Motion by Council member Nelson, seconded by Council member Sweeney to <br /> to approve a $300 car allowance for the City Administrator to cover expenses. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> X. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> XI. COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Mr. March asked Mr. Hoeft if the City could purchase generators without going out for <br /> public bid.
