Mr. March asked if the Council would like to go out for bid on generators. <br /> Motion by Council member Nelson, seconded by Council member Vickers, to go <br /> out for generator bids. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Council member Sweeney added someone should research certain types of generator <br /> engines. Mr. Hoeft stated we can not specify a certain type of engine. Counsel member <br /> Nelson stated generators should not be bought only for Y2K, but be available for any <br /> emergency that would come up. Council member Travis questioned Council on their <br /> feelings on making the City Hall generator the base bid and the trailer generator as an <br /> alternate and see how the bids turn out. Council member Nelson indicated she would <br /> accept the idea as a friendly amendment. <br /> XII. ADMINISTRATORS REPORT <br /> XIII.
