I <br /> FETE DES LACS <br /> REVITALIZATION COMMITTEE <br /> MEETING NOTES <br /> AUGUST 23, 1999 <br /> Initial meeting of the Fete Des Lacs Revitalization Committee was held at Centerville <br /> City Hall at 6:00 p.m on August 23, 1999. <br /> PRESENT: Ray DeVinJ <br /> Karla De]]N�m <br /> Bill Biseic J <br /> Aimee Fairbtother <br /> Lori Dt<rn� <br /> Tom WilhM er <br /> Monica Tr is <br /> Mari Nell <br /> Jim Mart, <br /> Sue Shepp <br /> Rob Sheppa d <br /> John Thin <br /> Ray DeVine opened the meeting at 6:21 p.m. Ray welcomed all present, and thanked <br /> them for their time and dedication <br /> All present introduced themselves, and followed by voicing their opinions and ideas, as <br /> well as likes and dislikes about the Fete Des Lacs Celebration. Attached is a list of the <br /> main ideas discussed. More detailed discussion on these ideas will take place at the next <br /> meeting. <br /> Overall, the committee worked together to establish a vision for next years festival. <br /> Those present agreed that with some early, solid planning, exciting events, reliable <br /> volunteers, heavy advertising as well as the help of the Centerville Lions, this celebration <br /> could be a huge success. <br /> The committee would like to see the event last all weekend long, with activities planned <br /> throughout the entire weekend. The celebration would entail activities for families, <br /> children, as well as teenagers, and would festivities would be located in a central area. <br />
