Rental Ordinance Registration Fee Mr. March stated that in order to proceed with the Rental Ordinance process Council would need to set fees for registration of rental units and a penalty fee for non - compliance. Motion by Council member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council member Travis to set the fee of $50 for the I Unit and 510.00 per unit thereafter and a Penalty Fee of 550.00 per day for non - compliance. Motion carried unanimously. 2000 Municipal Audit Motion by Council member Sweeney, seconded by Council member Travis to adopt Resolution No. 99 -22, APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE AND ABDO, ABDO, SICK & MEYERS. Motion carried unanimously. Electrical Permit Fees Mr. March presented the new fees proposed by the Electrical Inspector. The fees would be: Single Family dwelling or farm dwelling $90.00 (minimum 3 inspections) 200 AMP up to 400 AMP services $130.00 (minimum 4 inspections) For each inspection or reinsepction $25.00 State Surchage $0.50 Motion by Council member Travis, seconded by Council member Sweeney to set the new electrical permit fees as recommended. Motion carried unanimously Reconsideration of Internet Access, Email and Web Hosting Motion by Council member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council member Travis to stay with Media Junction for web hosting and acquire email and internet access with Protocom (Media Junction Partnership Company).
