XL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Mayor Wilharber informed the Council of a Police Commission meeting on December 9 <br /> at 7:00 p.m. at Circle Pines. <br /> XII. ADMINISTRATORS REPORT <br /> Mr. March presented a letter to Council from Eagle Pass Townhome Association <br /> regarding the need for more streetlights in the area. Council directed Mr. March to send a <br /> letter to the association to inform that that the City will look into this matter in January, <br /> 2000. <br /> Ms. Lorrine French asked the Council about the rezoning of the property on 20` Avenue. <br /> Council member Broussard Vickers stated that the developer would be bringing a different <br /> proposal to the Planning and Zoning Commission in the future. <br /> XIII.
