• <br /> GOOD NEIGHBOR PACKETS <br /> Mr. Fairbrother stated Ms. Dorn and herself are continuing to work on the Good Neighbor <br /> Packets, and they are focusing on having the packets complete by January 2000. <br /> ORDINANCE UPDATE <br /> ❑ Rental Ordinance - Being revised and taken back to Council. <br /> e Animal Ordinance - Passed, will go into effect January 2000. <br /> ❑ Firearm Ordinance = Draft is being reviewed by the attorney and chief of police. <br /> ❑ Zoning Ordinance - Discussion will resume at the December meeting. The Planning <br /> and Zoning Commission will be holding workshops in addition to their regular scheduled <br /> meeting to work on Ordinance #4. <br /> YMCA <br /> Aimee Fairbrother read a letter submitted by Monica Travis to the committee. Ms. Travis <br /> indicated she is a charter member of the YMCA branch board of directors. Ms. Travis has been <br /> working with the YMCA Executive Director Darrell Silverness. The committee is currently <br /> working on developing four sub - committees consisting of the following: <br /> A. Financial Development Committee <br /> B. Board/Volunteer Development Committee <br /> C. Program Committee <br /> D. Facilities Committee <br /> Ms. Travis also sent an informational sheet that describes, in general the YMCA project as well as <br /> offers answers to many questions that surround the project. Ms. Fairbrother will include copies of <br /> the letter and informational sheet in the next packet. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion to adiourn at 8:37 a.m. was made by Ms. Capra seconded by Ms. Dorn.
