Circus /Carnival — Karla, Doug and Lynn Vanderheiden are looking into carnivals, <br /> circuses, petting zoos, and a lot of other really fun stuff for the midway. The group <br /> indicated they would continue to look into this area. Karla indicated that after she attends <br /> a carnival convention in January, hopes to have a carnival ready to be motioned in by the <br /> next FDL. <br /> Parade — Aimee stated the preliminary parade route has been forwarded to the Roger <br /> Butler at Anoka County. Mr. Butler will work with the City and Joel Heckman to ensure <br /> the safest parade route. This committee has met with the coordinators of the Forest Lake <br /> 4 of July Parade, who have given out a lot of support and ideas. <br /> Timeline: Ray presented a proposed timeline of the celebration.
