Local television station Free <br /> Send all the local TV stations a letter in the spring and another as the <br /> event gets closer to get posted on their "festival Fridays" and "what's <br /> happening around town" segments to receive free publicity. <br /> ➢ Signs, Signs and more Signs <br /> Changeable sign in front of City Hall Free <br /> Volunteers needed 3 times per year as needed and two before the <br /> event the dates will be posted. <br /> Year around signage $180 <br /> One triangle shaped sign will be placed at 20` and Main St. visible <br /> from all four intersections <br /> Two flat signs will be placed, one on Centerville Rd. one on Co.Rd. <br /> 14 advertising the Fete De Lacs dates for the next year. <br /> Banner to be placed on City Hall $50 <br /> The City already has a 20' x 2' Vinyl Banner, I propose we have a 2nd <br /> banner made up with the Dates on it and we hang it from the City Hall <br /> during the month of July. <br /> Other factors that will assist or affect the advertising of the City Celebration <br /> Sponsorship <br /> Attractions <br /> Listings in softball / volleyball publications <br /> Word of Mouth <br />
