MEMO <br /> DATE : November 5, 1999 <br /> TO : Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM : Jim March <br /> RE : Lloyd Drilling - Appletree Square Trail Issue <br /> *******a****************** ** ** ** * * * **** * * * * * * * * ** *** ***** *aria *** * * ***** * ** <br /> As mentioned in a previous edition of the "Week in Review," Mr. Lloyd Drilling would like to <br /> request that Council consider allowing him to escrow the cost for the trail construction in front of <br /> his stripmall property. Mr. Drilling has indicated that he has correspondence from the RCWD <br /> that urges him to not install a trail. Mr. Drilling has indicated that he does not think the trail is <br /> necessary at this time, since there is no destination for this trail. <br /> I informed Mr. Drilling that it would take Council action to permit this request. <br />
