7. ADDITIONAL COLLECTION SERVICE <br /> A. Description <br /> Non- Standard Collection items, as described in Sections 4A, 2 and 3 shall also be <br /> collected. <br /> B. Location <br /> Residential dwelling units must have such items located at the curb for pick -up. <br /> C. Frequency <br /> Additional collection service items shall be collected from the residential dwelling <br /> units upon request by the resident, made to CONTRACTOR on the regular <br /> collection day. <br /> 8. SPRING & FALL CLEAN -UP SERVICES. <br /> A. Description <br /> The CITY shall designate a Saturday in the spring and fall of each year (other <br /> than a Saturday on which collection services are performed) "Clean-Up Day ". <br /> Each residential dwelling unit may deliver non - standard collection materials, yard <br /> waste, garden waste, brush and recyclables to an agreed upon site for disposal at <br /> no additional charge to the resident. CONTRACTOR shall provide the labor, <br /> equipment, time, and transportation for disposal or processing. The CITY will <br /> pay as follows for the Spring and Fall Clean Up. CONTRACTOR shall advise all <br /> residents they shall be required to show their drivers licenses at the time of drop <br /> off to prove residency in the CITY. <br /> Truck & Driver Charges $50.00 Per Hour <br /> Disposal of Municipal Solid Waste $38.50 Per Ton <br /> Disposal of Yard Waste $41.00 Per Ton <br /> Disposal of Construction Debris $41.00 Per Ton <br /> Appliances with Freon $18.00 Per Unit <br /> B. Location <br /> Shall be determined and agreed upon by CITY and CONTRACTOR. <br /> C. Disposal <br /> CONTRACTOR shall make arrangements to dispose of all items collected on <br /> Spring Clean-Up Day. <br /> 7 <br />
