9. HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTES. <br /> CONTRACTOR shall answer questions regarding household hazardous waste disposal <br /> for all residents. Household hazardous wastes cannot knowingly be collected <br /> programs gY <br /> by CONTRACTOR during regular collection service. <br /> 10. SERVICE SCHEDULE. <br /> A. Hours <br /> CONTRACTOR shall perform all collection services between the hours of 7:00 <br /> a.m. and 6:00 p.m., on Monday through Friday, except when an emergency shall <br /> exist, at which item CONTRACTOR shall notify the CITY of such emergency. <br /> CONTRACTOR may perform collection services on Saturday when a holiday <br /> falls on a weekday. <br /> B. Collection Days <br /> CONTRACTOR shall provide day - certain collection unless otherwise agreed to <br /> by the parties hereto. Collection services will be on Monday through Friday. <br /> i). CONTRACTOR may request a change in the day of pick- <br /> up by requesting such change in writing to the CITY at least thirty (30) <br /> days from the proposed date the requested change is to take effect. A <br /> change shall be effected only upon authorization from the CITY and <br /> fourteen -day notice to the resident. <br /> ii). CONTRACTOR may request a change in the route schedule by requesting <br /> such change in writing to the CITY at least thirty (30) days from the <br /> proposed date the requested change is to take effect. A route change shall <br /> be effected only upon authorization from the CITY. <br /> C. Holidays <br /> CONTRACTOR will observe all legal holidays described (see Appendix C) <br /> hereto, on which their offices and operations will be closed. When holidays fall <br /> on a weekday, the collection for each day of that week after the holiday shall be <br /> made one (1) working day later. <br /> 11.
