5.06 Validity. The validity of any section, clause or phrases(s) of this Ordinance shall not affect <br /> the validity of any other part. <br /> 5.07 Restrictive Clause. Centerville Ordinance #5, hereby states that if Minnesota State Statutes <br /> pertaining to the sections, clauses and phrases of the above stated Ordinance are more restrictive <br /> than of the City of Centerville =s Ordinance #5, the State of Minnesota Statutes shall apply. If the <br /> City of Centerville =s Ordinance is more restrictive than the Minnesota State Statutes, the above <br /> Ordinance shall apply. <br /> 5.08 Repealer. On the effective date hereof, Centerville Ordinance Number 5 dated October 10, <br /> 1973 is repealed. <br /> 5.09 Effective Date.
