Memorandum <br /> DATE : December 3, 1999 <br /> TO : Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM : Jim March <br /> RE : Park and Recreation Enterprise Fund <br /> • <br /> The Park and Recreation Committee is interested in being allowed to establish an <br /> enterprise fund for their fund raising efforts as well as any unspent funds that are left over <br /> at year end to be rolled into this account for designated projects. This would require <br /> Council approval as well as a separate motion at the end of each year to designate the <br /> unspent amounts to be transferred into the enterprise fiord. <br />
