CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Wilharber called the November 10, 1999 City Council meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> II. PUBLIC HEARING (S) NONE <br /> III. APPEARANCES /AWARDS <br /> Lino Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce <br /> Mr. March stated that Mr. Tim Rehbine would try to be in attendance toward the later part of the <br /> meeting. <br /> IV. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> October 26 and October 27, 1999 Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Motion by Council member Nelson, seconded by Council member Travis to approve the <br /> October 26, 1999 Council workshop minutes. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Council member Travis, seconded by Council member Broussard Vickers to <br /> approve the October 27, 1999 Council meeting minutes.
