UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> Eagle Trucking Appraisal <br /> Mr. March stated that the City received a signed option, prepared by the City Attorney, on the <br /> Eagle Trucking site. He has contacted the appraiser the City has used in the past to schedule an <br /> appraisal and she will complete the appraisal as soon as possible. He also advised Council that <br /> Mr. Huber has removed the last underground tank on the property and the soil tests of the <br /> property should be available in the near future. The option was in consideration of $1.00 which <br /> just leaves the price to negotiation. The option was for a 90 -day term, or February 15, 2000. <br /> Page 2 of 6 <br /> IL <br />
