The City Code of the City of Circle Pines is <br /> hereby amended by deleting Section 720 in ita entirety and <br /> replacing it with the following: <br /> Section 720 Weapons <br /> 720.01 Detinitiama. <br /> Subd, 1 Dangerous Weacon. "Dangerous weapon" <br /> means any firearm, whether loaded or unloaded, or any <br /> device designed as a weapon and capable of producing <br /> death or great bodily harm, or any other device or <br /> instrumentality which in the manner it is used or <br /> intended to be used, is calculated or likely to produce <br /> death or utast bodily harm. The <br /> term dangerous weapon" shall include, but not be <br /> limited to, the following: <br /> 1. All firearms' <br /> 2. All instruments used to expel at high velocity <br /> any pellets or single projectile of any kind, <br /> including, but not limited to B.S. guns, air guns <br /> and rifles; <br /> 3. Sling shots; <br /> 4. Sows and arrows; <br /> 5. Cross bows; <br /> 6. Sand clubs; <br /> 7. Metal knuckles; <br /> 8. Daggers, dirk knives, switchblades cr spring blade <br /> or push knives, stilettos, or black jacks; <br /> 9. Chinese throwing stars; <br /> 10. Nunchakus <br /> 11. Sharp studs; and <br /> 12. Blow guns. <br /> Subd. 2 Danleious instruments. "Dangerous <br /> instruments" shall be defined as any instrument or <br /> device designed to throw, hurl, shoot, project or toss <br /> any stone, missile, projectile, marble or any other <br /> objects including but not limited to: sling shots, <br />
