Furnish a minor under 18 years of age with a dangerous weapon, dangerous instrument, ammu- nition or explosive without the written consent of his /her parent or guardian or the police department. 720.03 Misers. No minor under the age of 18 years shall handle or have in his /her possession or under his /her control, except while accompanied by or under the immediate charge of his /her parent or guardian, any dangerous weapon or dangerous instrument. - 2 -
