Miscellaneous Offenses <br /> 4703.010 MISCELLANEOUS OFFENSES; FIREWORKS, SALE PROHIBITED, <br /> USE PESTRTL"TED. No person shall sell or dispose of any <br /> fireworks, Crackers or other explosives in the City at any time, <br /> nor shall any person exhibit any fireworks within the City <br /> without a pennit from the City Council which shall limit the time <br /> of such firing. Such permit is subject to revocation by the <br /> Council at any time after it has been granted. (Ref. 441302.010, <br /> 1302,020, Code 1966) <br /> 4 703.020 MISCELLANEOUS OFFENSES; DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS AND <br /> EXPLOSIVES, PERMIT REQUIRE. No person shall fire or discharge <br /> any cannon, gun, fowling piece, pistol or firearms of any <br /> description, or fire, explode or set off any squib. cracker or <br /> other thing containing powder or combustibles or explosive <br /> material without a hermit from the Chief of Police which shall <br /> limit the time of such firing. Such permit is subject to <br /> revocation by the Chief of Police at any time after it has been <br /> granted, (Ref, 4 1302.020, Code 1966) <br /> 4703.030 MISCELLANEOUS OFFENSES; CONCEALED WEAPONS, LICENSE. <br /> MO person shall carry or wear concealed about his person any <br /> firearm not regulated by Minn. Stat. *4624.711 to 624.717, <br /> dagger, slingshot, or knuckles of lead, brass or other metal, <br /> bowie knife, razor or any other dangerous or deadly weapons in <br /> the City, except as provided herein. Any such weapon adjudged <br /> by the Municipal Court of Ramsey County to have been worn or <br /> carried in violation of this section shall be confiscated by the <br /> City and handed over to the City Manager to be kept, sold or <br /> disposed of in the manner provided by law. <br /> This section shall not apply to the officers or members <br /> of the police force of,atke City, nor to any officer of any court <br /> whose duty it may be to serve warrants or make arrests. nor to <br /> persons whose business or occupation may require the carrying <br /> of weapons for protection and who shall have obtained from the <br /> Chief of Police a license to do so as hereinafter provided. The <br /> chief of Police may grant to such persons as he may think proper <br /> a license to carry concealed weapons, and he may revoke any such <br /> license at his pleasure. Application for such license shall be <br /> made to the Chief of Police of the City in writing, and when <br /> granted, the person applying therefor shall pay into the City <br /> Treasury the sun of twenty ($20.00) dollars and thereupon a <br /> license shall be issued by the City Clerk and signed by the Chief <br /> of Police. Every such license shall state the name, age, <br /> location and residence of the person to wham it is granted and <br /> shall expire on December thirty -first (31st) next following its <br /> issuance.
