V. PAYMENT OF CLAIMS <br /> The City of Centerville, August 28 through September 8, 1999 <br /> Motion by Council member Nelson, seconded by Council member Broussard <br /> Vickers to approve the expenditures for the City from August 28 through <br /> September 8, 1999. MI in favor. Motion carried. <br /> The Centennial Fire District <br /> Motion by Council member Sweeney, seconded by Council member Broussard <br /> Vickers to approve the Centennial Fire Districts ratification of expenditures. All in <br /> favor. Motion carried. <br /> VI. SET AGENDA <br /> Motion by Council member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council member <br /> Travis, to approve the agenda with the following items added to New Business( <br /> 6. Update on Cable Sound System, 7. Hugonian Article on Public Works Building. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> VII. PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> Mayor Wilharber mentioned the complaints on the previous noise permit granted for the <br /> wedding reception on Clearwater Drive. <br /> VIII. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> Planning and Zoning Recommendation on Animal Ordinance <br /> Mr. March passed out the revised Animal Ordinance. <br /> Motion by Council member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council member <br /> Sweeney to table the Animal Ordinance until the next meeting on September 22, <br /> 1999. AR in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> P and Zoning Recommendation on Firearm Ordinance <br /> Motion by Council member Nelson, seconded by Council member Sweeney to table <br /> the Firearm Ordinance. Ail in favor. Motion carried. <br /> Park and Recreation Recommendation on Cooperative Trail Linkage Grant <br /> Motion by Council member Nelson, seconded by Council member Sweeney to accept <br /> Page 2 of 6 <br />
