Chair Linda Broussard Vickers <br /> John Buckbee <br /> Brian Hanson <br /> ABSENT: Chairwoman Kathy Welk <br /> Allen LaMotte <br /> STAFF/ CONSULTANTS: Jim March, City Administrator <br /> Ry -Chel Gaustad, City Clerk <br /> ********************************************** * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ** <br /> I OPENING <br /> Alternate - Chair Broussard Vickers opened - the Planning and Zoning meeting at p.m. <br /> II PUBLIC HEARING (S) <br /> Prior to opening the public hearing, Alternate ChairMs. Broussard Vickers reminded <br /> those present of the guidelines for audience participation in Planning and Zoning Public <br /> Hearing Meetings. <br /> A. Rezone request PUD (R &R Leasing) - [Deer Pass' Continued <br /> Ms. Gaustad updated the Commission on the proposed PUD - rezone for the Deer Pass <br /> development. The developerMr. Gerald approached the Commission and had <br /> requested town homes, however, the Commission was not in favor of the high density nor <br /> rezoning the R5 (Executive Homes) to R2A. Mr. Rehbein complied witlrthe <br /> Commission's desire to complete the PUD requirements by addressing the City PUD <br /> forms and questionnaire. Mr. Rehbein (Developer) explained the property is under <br /> examination from the DNR and Watershed District. There will be four wetlands mitigated <br /> to provide room for homes and the road. The Commission confirmed - no waterwill <br /> be directed onto another property. Ms. Gaustad noted a concern with the road width and <br /> one parcel sharing two driveways (accesses). The Commission opened the discussion. <br />
