• <br /> Mr. Brian Patterson (1975 -73 Street) requested clarification on the water drainage and <br /> mitigation. <br /> Ms. Jennifer Steward (1995 -73r Street) questioned the difference between an 112 - PUD <br /> and R5 zoning. Ms. Broussard Vickers noted the PUD is to embrace the natural property <br /> features and it authorizes some smaller lots, <br /> Mr. Torn Kennedy (1975 73r Street). was concerned for children safety if they attempt to <br /> access a city park via 20 Avenue. Mr. March suggested that an easement can be <br /> included between lots 1 tr and 11, for future trail way access. <br /> Ms. Steward questionedif the row of trees between the proposed development and 73' <br /> Streets would be preserved. Mr. Rehbein hoped to save the row of trees their <br /> preservation would benefit the property and the sale of the same. <br /> Motion by Mr. Buckbee, seconded by Mr. Hanson to close the public hearing. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> B. Preliminary Phat(Deer Pass) - Mr. Gerald Rehbein <br /> Alternate Chair Broussard Vickers opened the discussion. <br /> Motion by Mr. Hanson seconded - by Mr. Buckbee dose the pubtirhearing. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> C. Rezone Request - R2 to Ct (1764 Main Street) RogerKolsted <br /> Alternate Chair Broussard Vickers informed the crowd that the applicant, Mr. Roger <br /> Kolsted verbally rescinded his request to rezone the property stated. However, the <br /> Commission noted an interest to hear residents comments. <br /> Ms. Linda Patterson (7063 Dupre Road) questioned the Commission as to the reasoning <br /> why the request was rescinded. Ms. Gaustad replied that one of the two financial <br /> institutions did not believe that the community was populated enough support two <br /> financial institutions. <br /> Ms. Carry Sanders (708ff Dupre - Road) wondered why the City would consider to <br /> the proposed property. Alternate Chair Brossard Vickers explained that any property <br /> owner reserves the right to request to rezone theirproperty. The City must hear all <br /> requests presented. <br /> Councilmember Nelson noted receipt of two E- mails; Mary Jo Helmbrechrand Udo and <br /> Cindy Wegmann (see attached). <br /> Ms. Norma Essex (7333 Mill Road) questioned the difference between R2, R2A, and 131. <br />
