Some <br /> argued to eliminate all use of firearms to ensure a safe environment for citizens, rather <br /> than allowing the and one - be hurt or scat e& The other algument was to <br /> restrict firearms, not to eliminate, because too may rights are eliminated. Enforcement can <br /> be challenging; and criminals will have <br /> Motion by Linda Broussard Vickers, seconded by Brian Hanson that no consensus <br /> was among theCommission - and ifthe its a pressing - issue, <br /> perhaps Council can hold a public bearing.
