The contract was discussed to which <br /> administrative changes. <br /> Mr. Lessard - requested the - Council to decreasethe uuvunt indicated in the - Developers <br /> Contract for silt fencing, since the average foot is $1.50 and there is not more than 500'. <br /> The Council denied Mr. Lessard's request to for silt fencing. <br /> Mr. Lessard recalled from a past Council meeting that the City planned to pay the <br /> watermain oversizing cost. Mayor Wilharber recalled - a discussion in regards to <br /> paying the watermain oversizing cost, however, he was not clear on what action the <br /> Council took. Staff was directed to research the minutes and Council tape to - determine if <br /> the watermain oversizing issue was discussed and if Council took action. Councilmember <br /> Nelson read aloud excerpts of past minutes regarding Center Villa subdivision. <br /> The Council elected to change page 9 - #10 to read as follows: <br />
