Park and Recreation May 5, 1999 <br /> Mr. Brown requested that the Park and Recreation Committee wait until the next meeting <br /> to discuss removal of the swing. He felt it would be best if the committee members had an <br /> opportunity to look at the condition of the swing before they made any motions to remove <br /> or purchase new equipment. <br /> Mr. Larson wanted to offer his commendations to the new City Council He -felt wertow <br /> have an excellent City Council filled with good people, and wanted to stress his <br /> appreciation. <br /> July Agenda Items <br /> 1. Update on St. Paul Water Utility. <br /> 2. Update on Anoka County/LaMotte Trail issue. <br /> 3. Progress of field condition, equipment, dug outs, pavement, and what's going <br /> on at LaMotte Park. <br /> 4. Removal of swing at Royal Meadows Park. <br /> 5. Status of naming of Royal Meadows Park - Council named Royal Oak Park. <br /> 6. Update on Acorn Creek Park (Letter from Mari Nelson and Neighborhood <br /> Network Committee). <br /> 7. Status of notification to residents regarding easements and Trail Linkage Grant. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion by Doug Porter to adjourn the May 5, 1999 Park and Recreation Committee <br /> Meeting.
