VI. PAYMENT OF CLAIMS <br /> The City of Centerville November 21, through December 13, 2000 <br /> Motion by Council Member Nelson, seconded by Council Member Travis to approve the <br /> expenditures for the City from November 21, 2000 through December 13, 2000. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Centennial Fire District Expenses <br /> Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member Nelson to <br /> approve the Centennial Fire District Expenditures in the amount of $26,527.67. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Centennial Fire District Expenses <br /> Motion by Council Member Nelson, seconded by Council Member Broussard Vickers to <br /> approve checks #12442 — 12457 in the amount of $3,357.25. All in favor. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> VII. PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> Council Member Nelson stated that she had received a complaint in regards to snowmobiles. <br /> Council Member Nelson stated that she contacted the Joel Heckman, Centennial Lakes Police <br /> Chief in regards to same. Mr. Heckman contacted the complainant to obtain information in <br /> regards to the description of the snowmobile, etc. Council Member Nelson requested that Mr. <br /> March include snowmobile operation information in the newsletter. <br /> Mayor Wilharber questioned whether residents had been stopping at City Hall to pick up copies of <br /> the snowmobile ordinance. Mr. March stated that several copies had been distributed and that a <br /> summary of the ordinance would appear in the next newsletter. <br /> Council Member Broussard Vickers stated that several residents attended the Rice Creek Trail <br /> Association meeting to obtain information regarding trails, regulations, etc. <br /> VIII. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> None. <br /> IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> Ground Development - Revised PUD Request (Pheasant Marsh) <br /> Mr. March stated that Mr. Terry Hannah, Ground Development, was delayed in traffic and would <br /> be arriving shortly. Mr. Joel Cooper, Engineer, spoke on behalf of Mr. Hannah. Mr. Cooper <br /> updated the council on modifications made since the previously submitted plans. <br /> Page 2 of 14 <br />
