I realize the timing of me suggesting this alternative is not the greatest for you with the <br /> council meeting set for next Wednesday. I would be willing to look at something where we <br /> could reduce the amount of paperwork that needed to be changed, but looked at my proposal <br /> as something that could be finished at a Tatter date. assuming there was a favorable reaction <br /> to the proposal. <br /> A few other things we have discussed but I would like to get down in writing: <br /> • 1 feel the wording of the new documents suggests that the 1-year abatement is being <br /> provided to induce Northern Forest Products to expand. As we have discussed, this <br /> needs to somehow be changed to make it vey clear that there are no strings attached. <br /> • 1 need to have a schedule prepared by Ehlers with the current status of the notes once <br /> we have resolved our issues.
